In this event, attendees will learn about the co-existence of prayer and poems, from a group of women in Iran. Dr. Niloofar Haeri will present her personal ethnographic study of the co-existence of prayer and poems. She will discuss its significance and what it means for the rest of us, and what we can learn from it.
