Attendees are required to arrange their own transport to and from the venue. Alternatively, contact your local AICP centre to check if they are arranging bulk transport.

NOTE: The site is not exclusive for AICP, so there will be other groups using the site at the same time.

Sleeping Arrangements

There are two blocks dedicated for AICP use. One block will be for males and the other block will be for females. There are up to 10 beds per room, and all rooms have en-suite bathroom facilities. Bedding is provided, but feel free to bring your own if you wish. You will need to make your own beds.

If you want to be placed in a room with others, we strongly recommend that you book your tickets together under one booking, or if you are unable to do that, then leave a comment on the booking and we will try our best to allocate your rooms together. You may be allocated rooms with others who might not be in your booking.

Food Arrangements

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided during your stay. Please let us know of any dietary requirements during the registration process, and we will work with the site to ensure you are catered for. NOTE: Currently, the site cannot provide halal meat or poultry. Therefore, the provision will be a vegetarian and fish menu.

Theme: Knights of Knowledge

  • Who is a mujtahid imam?
  • Who were the four Imams of Ahlus-Sunnah
  • The Good Manners in practice
  • What to avoid in one’s character

Lecture packs will be provided.

During lesson times, activities for 4-7 year olds will be available, and supervised by AICP staff. Separate lessons will also be available for those aged 8 to 13 year olds. However, all are welcome to remain in the main lesson room.

All activities are led by Kingswood qualified instructors. Activities are carried out in gender segregated groups. Activities include abseiling, climbing, archery, zipwire, aeroball, bushcraft, and others. Activities are subject to change. All the activities that we have chosen are suitable for ages from as young as 5 years old. However, take note that for some activities this is contingent upon the safety harnesses fitting the child. This will be assessed at the time by the qualified instructors.

Infants and children will need to be accompanied with their guardian during their stay. During the lessons, activities such as arts and crafts will be provided for those aged 4 to 7 years old, away from the lesson areas, and supervised by AICP and/or Kingswood staff. During lessons, guardians can leave their children in the activity area, or take them to the lessons with them. During the activities, guardians will need to supervise their own children.
