Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, was the 4th of the 4 caliphs known as the Rightly Guided Caliphs that led the early Muslim community after the passing of the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم .He was the cousin of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and married the Prophet’s blessed daughter, Fatimah, may Allah be pleased with her. Through this union came the two beloved grandsons of the Prophet, Hassan and Hussain, may God be pleased with them. Take this class to learn about the special qualities of this close family member and companion of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم who was one of the earliest believers, accepting Islam at the young age of 9 years old, and who was especially famous for his bravery, piety, and devotion to God.

Prerequisite

None required. 

Instructor and Timing

Class will be instructed by Ustadh Tariq Ameer and will be held on Saturdays from 12:30pm to 2pm EST weekly from August 13 to September 3.

Recording

Each session will be recorded. Links to access the recordings will be sent to all via email.

Payment

Please note that the registration fee covers all sessions of the class.

• Early registration fee of $40 until August 6.
• Regular registration fee of $50 from August 7 and thereon.

Financial aid and payment plan options are also provided. Please note that, if approved, financial aid will cover the entire cost of the class and can only be applied towards only one class per semester per student. With a payment plan, the registration fee will be broken down into installments to be paid on different dates to ease the financial burden on the student.
