Each day, we see the genocide in Palestine and read stories about the horrible treatment of Muslims around the world. We recognize that many feel hopeless and seek solace in prayers. We invite you to join us for an engaging discussion on how to build resilience in these difficult times by focusing on our mind, heart, and voice. This session will feature experts who will explain how to care for ourselves, strengthen our prayers, and advocate for Palestinian and Muslim rights.

This event is tailored for young professionals, ages 20 to 40. Spouses and children of young professionals are welcome, and dinner will be provided.
