Description:

Get married, stay married!

Join us for Get Married, Stay Married. A step-by-step guide on finding the perfect spouse, getting through the wedding day madness and making it out the other side to a fulfilling marriage, all according to the teachings of Islam!

The seminar will be delivered by Mufti Moinul Hamza & Muftiyyah Nasima Umm Hamza at the London Muslim Centre, Ground Floor Hall on Sunday 17th July at 1.30p.

We will be covering all aspects of marriage and aim to address the most vital questions that people have.

There will also be a long Q&A session during the seminar.

Mufti Moinul and Muftiyah Nasima are a husband and wife couple who began their journey of learning the Islamic sciences after being awakened by the birth of their first child. They travelled with their young son to Egypt to begin learning Arabic, the language of the Quran. Thereafter, they both graduated from the Alimiyyah program under the tutelage of Shaykh Akram Nadwi (Al-Salam Institute) before going to specialise in Fiqh and Iftaa under the training Mufti Tosir (Darul Ilm Birmingham).

During his journey Mufti Moinul, along with the support of Muftiyah Nasima, went on to establish many organisations to help the Muslim community. They currently have 5 organisations which the run: The Quran Institute which is an Islamic institute for adults where they run various courses including their flagship course ‘The Family Program’, the Quran Academy which is a supplementary madrasah for young people, Al-Madad Outreach which provides marriage counselling and pastoral care, Suhba which provides a spiritual haven through gatherings and retreats, and Mehron Nisa Women’s Centre which is a centre run by women and dedicated to providing services for the body mind and soul of our Muslim sisters.

Mufti Moinul and Muftiyah Nasima have been married for over 18 years MashaAllah, and aspire to use their own experiences of marriage, the life skills they have gained , as well as the learning and qualifications they have achieved to serve the community and help others to lead more fulfilling marriages.

Tickets are FREE and no one under the age of 18 will be permitted due to the topic, some level of sensitivity and to allow all attending to have minimal distractions.
