Description:

Please join us in learning about Raghad, a Palestinian born in Jordan and raised in Philadelphia. She will talk about the objects she selected for her traveling trunk that reflect her life, culture, and heritage. Participants of all ages and backgrounds are encouraged to attend and interact with these objects.

The Getting to Know Me: Raghad trunk will remain at the Lillian Marrero Library for a month following the program. A helpful object guide is included, which explains what these objects are and how they connect to Raghad.
