A chapter from the Quran which was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) at a time of immense personal and community hardship. This chapter came to provide us with many answers to the different experiences and challenges we as human beings can encounter in life.
Join us as we explore, but not limited to:

*Exploring betrayal
*Navigating through life after bereavement
*Dealing with the diseases of the heart
All through a story which God Himself describes as ‘the best of stories’: The story of Prophet Yusuf! Learning will take place through discussions, activities and engagement with Surah Yusuf.

About Sameer Noor Mohammed
Sameer is a teacher and psychotherapeutic counsellor who is currently working in a pastoral/welfare role in schools as well as with the mental health charity MIND on their BAME project, which intends to encourage more people from the BAME community to access counselling services. He is also undertaking training within the field of naturopathy to compliment his holistic work within therapy. Alongside this, he offers counselling services through his own private practice called Noor Therapy. He delivers workshops onsite and online for the wider community and CPD for schools and educational institutes.
