Iman Quran Academy Registration

Iman Quran Academy strives to develop an enriched learning community that promotes academic achievement, leadership, and Islamic values. Students will be taught to follow the guidelines of the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and adopt his Sunnah in their daily lives.

Our curriculum focuses on Quran Arabic literacy to identify and pronounce the Arabic alphabets and articulation correctly while studying the foundations of the Arabic language.

The class is one hour long, ages 6-16, and is divided into three sections:

1. Beginner

• • Arabic Alphabets
  • Introduction to Makhaarij Al-Huroof
  • Harakat (Short Vowels)
  • Combining & joining letters and vowels.
  • Learning and applying basic concepts of recitation.
  • Begin memorization of Juz Amma.

1. Intermediate

• • Introduction to Tajweed
  • Read letters and words with all of the short vowels and basic tajweed.
  • Learning and applying basic concepts of recitation.
  • Students are required to memorize the correct rulings on selected Surahs from Juz Amma and Juzz Tabarak.
  • To gain competence and proficiency in recitation.

1. Advanced
   • Build up to a level of expertise in the art of Quranic recitation.
   • Students in this course must learn to recite Quran with its proper articulation and laws, tajweed and tarteel.
   • Students are required to memorize the correct rulings on selected Surahs.
   • Learn advance Tajweed and strengthen Tilawah.
   • Implement techniques for improving your memorization ability.
   • Develop an individual personalized schedule to memorize the Holy Quran
