The recitation, comprehension, and memorization of the Quran are of profound importance. In the UK, there are approximately 2,000 Madrasahs, with many mosques also offering Maktab programs to help connect the younger generation with the holy Quran. Following previous year’s remarkable success, Saut-ul Qur’an returns this year on Iqra Bangla TV, in collaboration with East London Mosque.
Saut ul Quran intends to spread the message of the holy Qur’an through the involvement of the youth as well as recognising and inspiring the most successful competitor.
Who can participate?
Previous 1st, 2nd, and 3rd winners cannot take part in this year’s competition. If you are between 7-13 (Girls) and 7-15 (Boys) years of age, currently memorising the Qur’an or have memorised it already and would like to participate in the competition, register your interest by filling out the application form.
