Description:

Join Dr Salah Eddine Al-Djazairi, historian and prolific author on Islamic civilisation, in conversation with Luzita Ball, Trustee at IFEES EcoIslam, on Islam’s view of nature and a code of conduct governing an individual’s behaviour towards other sentient beings and the rest of the natural world.

Dr Saleh will present the environmental challenges faced by many Muslim countries and urge Muslims to act whilst there is time.

Luzita will introduce us to the principles of how to make a positive impact, with some examples of good environmental management solutions.

Can we avert future tragedies and ensure a more sustainable and prosperous future for all?
