Kick start your Ramadan by joining us on our 4-dimensional wellness retreat focussed on nourishing your spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing! The retreat will equip you with some of the best self-care tips and techniques for creating healthy holistic habits by the time you enter into Ramadan, and for life!
This retreat is for you if you have been feeling burn-out, disconnected from yourself spiritually, or just need some time away for reflection, contemplation, and healing.
The retreat will be spread over 2 days at the Old Post House Retreat and Spa in Holmbridge.

What you can expect?
You can expect the following sessions aimed at nourishing and strengthening your mind, body, and soul:
• Group and individual work on God-consciousness

You will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded beautiful sisters attending the retreat.
The retreat will be over 2 days packed full of goodness.

1. Can I attend a part of the retreat and just pay for that?
You can only pay for the whole retreat and will be expected to attend it all in order to fully benefit from it.
2. Can I join the retreat later on Wednesday or leave earlier?
It will be important for you to attend at the given in order to benefit from the retreat. However, in extraordinary circumstances, we may be able to make an exception. Contact us via email at [email protected]
3. Can I get a group discount for booking with family and friends?
Unfortunately, no discounts are available, the prices have been given careful consideration to make it as accessible as possible.
4. What is the COVID-19 policy?
We will all need to follow the guidelines set out by the UK Government for England during the time of the retreat.
Everyone will need to take a lateral flow test before attending the retreat and will need to confirm that their result is negative before arriving at the venue.
If you display any COVID-19 symptoms at the retreat, you will be asked to take a lateral flow test. If the test result is positive, it will be your responsibility to leave the venue as soon as possible within the guidelines set out by the Government at the time of the retreat.
5. What is the itinerary?
You will receive the itinerary in the Retreat Welcome Pack, which will be issued to all attendees after registration and deposit.
6. What is the refund policy?
The tickets are non-refundable unless the organizer cancels the event.
If you find another person to take your place (under your own advertising on your own platforms), then you may offer your place to her by an agreed date with us. This is at our own discretion and you must consult with us first.
If the retreat cannot go ahead due to the host and/or practitioners testing positive for COVID-19, you will all receive a refund.
If you test positive for COVID-19 or need to isolate for any other COVID-19 related reason, your ticket will not be refunded. Please make arrangements to cover such costs before attending the retreat.
7. Will I need anything for the retreat or do anything to prepare for it?
We will send all retreat registered guests a retreating pack detailing anything that you could benefit from bringing before the retreat. We will be hosting an online welcome call for all guests one evening so that we can all connect and get a complimentary taster for what the retreat will be about. You will not be required to attend this. It will be a great opportunity for you to connect with other guests if you are able to attend.
8. What happens if I cannot attend due to testing positive for COVID-19?
You will need to notify us by messaging/emailing the organizer as soon as you know that you cannot attend. You will be not be issued a refund. Please make arrangements to cover such costs before attending the retreat.
9. Can children attend?
This retreat is strictly for adults women who are 18+ only.
10. Will any men be attending or teaching the sessions?
No. This is a sisters-only retreat.
11. Is a payment plan available?
Yes, if you require a payment plan please talk to us, however, a deposit will be required to register and to confirm your space. All payments must be made by the 1st of March 2022.
12. Can I reserve a space for the retreat?
The retreat spaces will be provided on a first come first serve basis. You will need to register and confirm your space by paying either the deposit or full price by the 16th of January 2022.
13. Will accommodation be shared?
Most of the rooms will be shared with single beds and some double beds in them.
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, 1 double bed
Bedroom 2: 1 large double bed
Bedroom 3: 1 sofa bed
Bedroom 4: 1 single, 1 double bed
3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suites.
14. Will there be car parking facilities?
Yes, there are plenty of car park spaces that will be available to us.
All women are welcome, and hijab and other personal choices are not a requirement to attend. We do not welcome or permit pressuring individuals to perform acts of worship; we believe in the Islamic principle that worship is a personal choice.
The presentations and content draw on Islamic principles and teachings.
All retreats include halal food, time for prayer, and encourage Islamic manners in discussions and interactions.
