We know compassion is a cornerstone in our daily Islamic practice and as a result our overall wellbeing. However, it is also known that there is a lack of compassion which is keeping us stuck from cultivating the mercy and compassion we need to meet our needs and that of our community.
This month our honored speakers will take us on a journey of the Seerah to reflect on the lessons we can learn from the ‘Mercy to Mankind’ the Prophet (Peace and blessings be upon him) on how he manifested mercy and compassion with himself, his loved ones and the wider community.
The workshop will include an interactive session to proactively begin to plan how each of us can nurture the much-needed mercy and compassion we need for our own healing.
This is an event organized by Black Muslim Women for Black Muslim Women. Please be an ally to our healing by allowing this space to remain solely for Black Muslim Women.
Please be aware this event is recorded for use by and for the Black Muslim Women Healing Collective community.
