We, the believers at Masjid Ash-Shaheed, would like to formally invite you to attend the MUSLIM AFRICAN AMERICAN HISTORY SUMMIT. The Summit will take place February 10th – February 12th in Charlotte, NC. Some special features of the weekend are as follows:

● Jumu’ah Salat led by Imam Yahya Abdullah

● History and Growth of Al-Islam in North Carolina – Naomi Feaste

● Brunch and Public Address with the theme, ” The Need For Community Safety and Wellness”, featuring a CERWIS Presentation, Imam Rahman Khan, Dr. Lawrence Bey, CMPD Lieutenant Warith Muhammad, CMPD Captain Bret Balamucki, NC State Representative Nasif Majeed, and Imam Yahya Abdullah

● Round table discussion on “The Evolution of the Nation of Islam” and public address (Ta’Alim) featuring Imam Yahya Abdullah
