Muslim Womb Healing Circle

Our wombs are portals where life and creativity flow from.

We are living in a time where womb pain and disease is the norm.

Women are living with unbearable periods, suffering with emotional and mental imbalances and these are often due to blockages in the womb that are usually caused by trauma, unhealthy habits, environmental toxins and much more.

Who is this circle for:

This is for all Muslim women who want to deepen their connection with their womb, increase their creativity, heal past traumas, heal womb disease and truly live from their womb throne. (You do not need to be married to join!)

During our time together;

We will start with an opening circle where we can talk about our connection to our wombs, we’ll then dive into womb yoga to open our bodies and receive the rest of the medicine.

We will then enter into a deep womb meditation using visualization and the 99 names of Allah s.w.t to clear stagnant energy that is blocking the light, creativity and healing from Allah SWT. We will then end off with journaling, sharing our experiences and a closing dua.
