المؤتمر الثاني : المسلمون في الغرب بين الاندماج والمحافظة على الهوية

مقدمة
إن الوجود الإسلامي في المجتمع الغربي وجود فاعل ومنتج فالمسلم جزء من تركيبة هذا المجتمع المتنوع وقد ساهم حضوره في التنوع الحضاري والثقافي .
ويمتاز المواطن المسلم في الغرب بخصائص تجعله ذا تأثير إيجابي في المجتمع الذي يعيش فيه، فالاندماج الإسلامي في الغرب بات ضرورة ملحّة لتعزيز مكانة المسلمين في هذه الديار لحمايتهم من الاغتراب الثقافي والتطرف الديني.
وبين الاختلال في طرح الاندماج بين المفهوم الإسلامي والمفهوم الغربي تمسك فئة من المجتمع المسلم عن مسايرة الاندماج والدعوة إليه خوفا من فقدان الهوية الإســلامية، والرغبة في إبقاء المسلمين على صلة بجذورهم التاريخية والعقدية. بينما تنظر شريحة كبيرة من المجتمع المسلم في هذه الديار إلــى الموضوع من زوايا مختلفة، تــؤول في النهاية ـ إلى خدمة الإسلام، وتعزيز مكانة المسلمين في الغرب مع العمل على إيجاد مرجعية فكرية تكون قاعدة بيانات متجددة تراعي مصالحهم وتتماشى مع تغير قضاياهم في هذه البيئة.
ولا شك أنه يوجد في البيئة الغربية من الآليات والإمكانات ما يساعد الجالية المسلمة على فاعليتها في المجتمع واضطلاعها بمسؤولياتها في إخراج أمة الوسط والشهود تحقيقا لقول المولى جل في علاه: ” وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَاكُمْ أُمَّةً وَسَطًا لِتَكُونُوا شُهَدَاءَ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَيَكُونَ الرَّسُولُ عَلَيْكُمْ شَهِيدًا” البقرة: 143.
أهداف المؤتمر:
١- تسليط الضوء على موضوع الهوية وما يترتب عليها من مفاهيم .
٢- رصد مختلف التحديات التي تواجه الأسرة المسلمة في الغرب، وبيان سبل التعامل معها.
٣- بيان خصوصية المسلم في ثقافة الاختلاف.
٤- تمكين المسلمين بالغرب من آليات الاندماج الإيجابي في محيطهم الثقافي والاجتماعي في سياق تعاملهم وانفتاحهم على الآخر، مع حفاظهم على هويتهم الدينية دون تمييع أو ذوبان.
٦- إبراز دور الخطاب الديني في مختلف شرائح المجتمع المسلم ودعم سبل الاندماج الفعّال للمسلمين .

المحور الأول: مفهوم الهوية وبيان سبل تعزيزها في المجتمع الغربي.
المحور الثاني: الاندماج الإيجابي المفهوم والآلية .
المحور الثالث: تحديات الاندماج
– الخطاب الديني وأثره في الاندماج وإشكالية المرجعية الفقهية .
– الانحراف الفكري والعقائدي: مظاهره وسبل الوقاية منه.
