New Years Weekend Spiritual Retreat

We are extremely excited to announce a spiritual retreat this New Year’s Long Weekend with Sheikh Hamdi Ben Aissa. In partnership with the Rhoda Foundation, from Saturday to Monday December 31-January 2, we will hold an in-person event at the Rhoda Masjid in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Living in the West, it is common practice to use the start of a new calendar year as a time for self-reflection and coming up with new year resolutions. However, the ideas of self-improvement were taught to us 1400 years ago by our beloved Prophet through his Sunnah and by our Rabb through the Quran. Please join us for a 3 day-long retreat which will be an in-depth exploration of the theory and practice of renewal and rebirth within the Islamic tradition. The spiritual teachings with Sheikh Hamdi Ben Aissa will be held at the Rhoda Masjid lecture room and on Saturday December 31, we will celebrate a Qawali concert together. Breakfasts and dinners will be provided with the cost of the tuition. Daycare and programs for children is offered for an additional fee. Accommodation arrangement is offered for an additional fee.
