There are some popular things on the Internet that a majority of us will blindly follow just because others are doing the same thing. Even if we are ignorant of the implications that these things could have on our tawheed. These things may compromise our tawheed.

Just think about the influx of astrology content or tarot card reading videos on social media. They are widely available and the only way for us to prevent ourselves from consuming them is by holding tight to our faith.

As Rasulullah (s.a.w.) warned us,

“There shall come upon the people a time in which the one who is patient upon his religion will be like the one holding onto a burning ember.”

Indeed, Allah (s.w.t.) is One and we must only rely on His Divine Power. Let us only hope in Him and Him only.
