Description:

The course aims to familiarise students with the basic structures of Classical Arabic to help the students in the basic comprehension of the language of the Qur’an. Emphasis is placed on reading and writing skills. Prior knowledge of the Arabic writing and reading is essential. The approach adopted in teaching is grammar based and student will also be introduced to high frequency words in the Qur’an.
