Quranic Arabic

Understanding the Quran should be a goal for every Muslim. This course is designed to enable you to start your journey towards understanding the words of Allah. The course has been carefully devised for speakers of the English language, with little or no prior knowledge of Arabic. You will develop the ability to recognise different types of words and how sentences are structured. Moreover, you will develop your Arabic vocabulary in an effort to understand the Quran, in the language it was revealed.
The aims of this course are as follows:

1. Gaining closeness to Allah through understanding the Holy Quran
2. Improving your connection, concentration and focus in Salah
3. Understanding how the Arabic language works, in the purest of forms, through the lens of the Quran
4. Being able to read and write Arabic sentences
5. Learning the fundamental concepts of Arabic grammar
