There are a few days of the year that are more sanctified than others. Amongst them is the noble day of ‘Aashooraa wherein in many significant and divine events have occurred throughout human history. This day, also, became coincidental with the tragic martyrdom of Sayyidunaa Hussain (radhyAllahu ‘anhu) the beloved grandson of RasoolAllah, sallAllahu alaihi wa sallam, at Karbalaa.
