Description:

The monthly Spiritual Retreat I’tikaaf programme will continue in Glasgow Central Mosque from Saturday 3rd September (Maghrib 8.13pm) to Sunday 4th September (Zuhr 2pm), In’sha’allah.

Come and invigorate your imaan by undertaking I’tikaaf in the Masjid under the tutelage and supervision of the Imaams.

I’tikaf is “to confine oneself in a mosque for prayers, invocations, and Ibadah, leaving the worldly activities for a limited number of days” and is a Sunnah of our beloved Prophet ﷺ.

A variety of spiritual and educational activities are to be undertaken:

Fiqh workshop
Presentations
Quran Halaqas
Qiyaams
Individual and collective worship
Bayans and lectures
1-to-1 with the Scholars and Imaams
Q&A

Strictly 13 years old and over. (under 16 must be supervised by an adult).
