Description:

The MFA’s Islamic ceramics collection contains many hidden gems. In 2021, Walter Denny of the University of Massachusetts Amherst spent a week in our storage vaults, surveying and photographing Islamic ceramics. At this informal study session, learn about and handle some of the most intriguing objects Denny identified in his exploration.
