Throughout Islamic history, scholars and practitioners of faith and health have integrated Prophetic medicine (Ṭibb-un-Nabawī) into their own lives and followed the guidance left by the Prophet ﷺ, who gave us general and specific advice related to health, diet and lifetstyle.

In this 2-hour workshop with renowned Tibb practitioner Hakim Salim Khan, participants will explore the timeless wisdom of the Prophetic diet, discover which foods and drinks are best for our health, and learn how to source and prepare them.

M. Salim Khan M.D. (M.A.) M.H. D.O. is an international authority on natural medicine, in particular on the universal healing tradition of Tibb. He has been practising herbal medicine, naturopathy, nutrition, and iridology since 1978 and is principal of the College of Medicine and Healing Arts. He has helped thousands of his patients and students over his dedicated career.
