Spring 2022 Seminar Series
Organized by Dr. Ahmad Khan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Arab and Islamic Civilizations, AUC
with the Support of the Winder Fund
An ARIC seminar series on the World of Islam, consisting of seven seminars from scholars in North America, Europe, and at AUC. Each presenter will speak on one of seven regions of the Islamic world, showcasing its diversity and difference. Regions include Egypt, Hindustan, Sham, Damascus, West Africa, Al-Andalus, and Khurasan. The seminar series is convened by Dr. Ahmad Khan, Assistant Professor of Islamic Studies, ARIC department, and is sponsored by the Winder Fund.
